It was a sunny day in November. I visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial Tsitsernakaberd in Yerevan. Two white doves were chatting very peacefully next to the Memorial. My attention was attracted by the rare scenario. A few seconds I was trying to understand the ''bird language''. I understood by heart, not by mind. There were two souls visited the memorial. Two souls of our ancestors, the victims of the Genocide. They were peaceful because they saw how deeply we remember the tragic days of our history.

My previous documentary photography project was dedicated to the Armenian, Greek, and Assyrian Genocide.

I decided to reflect the photographs shot in Artsakh and the Turkish-occupied territory of the Republic of Cyprus in the project ''Peace and Photography''.

Not only the photographs from zones of conflict are a part of the project, a daily life with ups and downs, smile and sorrow are also a kernel of the displayed material.
